Introducing 
I have been licensed in the State of Colorado since 1982 as a full-time Real Estate Broker. This experience and additional training enable me to better respond to your interests. In 1990 I achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation by completing additional training in the areas of financing, construction, law, and marketing strategies, indicating my continued commitment to provide the best possible service to my buyers and sellers.
Having been a property owner here in Colorado's Rocky Mountains since 1980 has given me a working knowledge of the area and the individual properties. I live in the area and have my office in Frisco which also serves to keep me in touch with this entire mountain country area.
Since 1984 I have owned businesses in Summit County and have belonged to several merchant's associations, Chamber of Commerce, and of course, the local Association of Realtors and it's Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Keeping this direct involvement gives me many additional contacts to the community to better represent my customers interests.
My FULL TIME commitment to the Real Estate profession has resulted in over $18,000,000 in sales and over 252 transactions closed in twelve years of affiliation with the CENTURY 21 System.
For seven years I was an independent company affiliated with the Metro Brokers franchise, doing business as MOUNTAIN COUNTRY REAL ESTATE. Effective January 2006 Mountain Country Real Estate is no longer affiliated with Metro Brokers and is operating as an Independent Owner Operated company. I made this change to enable me to better focus my efforts on taking care of my buyer and sellers Real Estate needs.
